Yellowstone is one of my favorite places on earth. The diversity in landscape, weather and wildlife is astounding, I already cant wait to be back. This trip was particularly special because the whole family was able to go and we all stayed together in a beautiful cabin 8 miles up a dirt road into the mountains in Miner, MT. The cabin set the stage for a week of beautiful weather (sunshine, rain, and snow) and amazing hiking and fly fishing trips. We saw nearly all the main attractions of geysers and springs, and were even able to do a few longer hikes into the backcountry to see some of the lesser known features. There were more bison then we could count and we were lucky enough to see bears and coyotes. It was really great to be back in Yellowstone, and even better to share it with family. Next up, Big Bend National Park!
